| Carolyn Bass has over fifteen years experience in investor relations, investment banking and management consulting. Previously, Carolyn was a Group Director at one of the largest national IR firms, Morgen-Walke Associates (MWA), where she managed the firm's west coast technology practice. Prior to joining MWA, Carolyn was an investment banker at Genesis Merchant Group and Sutro & Co., where she worked on a variety of public equity offerings, PIPEs, private placements and financial advisory engagements. From 1989 to 1992, she was a management consultant with Ernst & Young's Management Consulting group, and Cambridge-based Analysis Group, Inc. Carolyn holds a B.S. in Mathematical Economics with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley and received a post-graduate fellowship in Business Policy and Strategy from the University of British Columbia. |

JoAnn Horne has over eighteen years of investor relations and investment banking experience. Previously, JoAnn was Principal and Director of West Coast Operations for Morgen-Walke Associates (MWA), where she supervised the San Francisco office comprised of over 50 public and private client companies. From 1994 to 1999, JoAnn was a Vice President in institutional sales at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, covering major NY/East Coast institutional clients. She also spent six years at MWA, New York prior to joining Goldman Sachs. JoAnn has a B.A. in English and Business from Fairfield University. Linda joined MSP from Intel, where she was a senior financial analyst in Corporate Planning & Reporting, acting as a liaison with Intel’s investor relations team. Linda’s Wall Street experience spans a broad range of disciplines including institutional sales, equity capital markets and equity research. Previously, she was an institutional salesperson at Roth Capital Partners covering East Coast clients. Linda also spent 3 years with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods’ equity research team where she covered financial services stocks and completed $3 billion in transactions as an associate in equity capital markets. Linda holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina.

Ingrid Ebeling brings over twelve years of experience as an investor relations professional, equity research analyst and investment banker to MSP. Most recently, Ingrid was Senior Manager of investor relations at Saleforce.com (NYSE: CRM). Prior to joining Salesforce.com, Ingrid was a senior technology analyst at JMP Securities where she covered a number of high profile technology companies such as Apple Computer, Garmin, Navteq, Audible.com, Plantronics, Tivo, Napster and RealNetworks, and was selected by Financial Times/StarMine as the #1 stock-picker in the U.S. for 2007. Prior to being a senior analyst she was an associate analyst at JMP covering infrastructure software companies. She also worked with the technology investment banking groups at Deutsche Bank and in the technology equity research group at Robertson Stephens where she covered enterprise software. Ingrid obtained her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and BA from the University of Montana. |
